Welcome to The Central Dairy, an artisan cafe and pop up restaurant surrounded by Duchy farmland, in beautiful Bradninch, Devon.
We sit proudly in the original ‘Central Dairy of Bradninch’ building (1950’s) and are privileged to offer a unique setting, quality menus and a friendly and relaxed environment.
We deliver consistently with nothing but love, quality and hard work in our offering to staff, suppliers and of course our customers.

Our aim is to provide fresh, inspiring and quality food for locals and those that value great cuisine. We do our best in hosting unique menus whilst offering classic dishes you know and love
(but with a twist).
The Central Dairy mainly source and invest locally, championing sustainability, generating local employment (in Bradninch) and delivering passion and love into our menus every time.
The owners have come from a family who have over 40 years operating restaurants, bakeries, ice-cream parlours and coffee shops in Malta. They lean on this heritage, experience and passion which is evident throughout our offering.
We cater for breakfast, lunch, cakes and pastries with delicious influences from the Mediterranean.

We are a local family-run business with links to Bradninch for over forty five years.
We bought back The Central Dairy from its humble roots (circa 1950) and offering a new yet rustic and exciting setting for quality food, award-winning partners with products sourced with quality in mind.
We are focused on partnering with ethical suppliers to support our great community and aligning to our brand and ethics. We hope you can support us, to help support them.
We are also proud in bringing the community together for great conversations, great food within a great location.
